NABARD Grade A Prelims Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2023
The Prelims exam marks the initial phase of the selection procedure, and it holds a qualifying status. This implies that scores achieved in this exam won’t contribute to the final merit list but serve the purpose of shortlisting candidates for the Mains examination. The Prelims exam is conducted online and comprises 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within 2 hours. It consists of 7 sections, where 5 are considered as qualifying sections and 2 as merit sections.
The qualifying sections encompass Reasoning Ability, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and Decision Making. The merit sections encompass General Awareness and Economic and Social Issues (with an emphasis on Rural India). NABARD Grade A Mains Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2023
The Mains exam is the second stage of the selection process and it is descriptive in nature. This means that the candidates have to write answers in online mode using a keyboard. The Mains exam consists of two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I is common for all posts and it tests the English language skills of the candidates.
